Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all subscription purchases of ReachAndPitch, operated by Journeys That Matter Pvt. Ltd. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By subscribing to ReachAndPitch, you agree to the terms below.

1. Subscription Plans

ReachAndPitch is offered on a subscription basis across the following tiers: Fiddah, Dhahab, and Luban, billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. Full pricing details are available at reachandpitch.com/pricing.

2. Cooling-Off Period

We offer a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of initial subscription purchase. If you are not satisfied with ReachAndPitch within this period, you may request a full refund of your subscription fee by writing to reachpitchstitch@gmail.com

• The cooling-off period applies only to a customer's first subscription purchase, not to renewals.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date.
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method via our payment processing partner within 7–10 business days of approval.

3. Setup Fees

Setup fees, where applicable, are waived on annual subscription plans. Where a setup fee has been charged on a monthly plan, it is non-refundable once onboarding work has commenced, even where covered under the 14-day cooling-off period above. Set up fees is non refundable once onboarding work has started. If you re-register after cancelling your subscription, the setup fee applies again in full — the annual-plan waiver does not carry over to a re-registration.

4. Cancellations

• You may cancel your subscription by writing to reachpitchstitch@gmail.com, giving at least 30 days' advance notice (Fiddah and Dhahab) or 60 days' advance notice (Luban) before the end of your current billing cycle.
• Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle (monthly or annual, as applicable), once the applicable notice period has been satisfied. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods outside the 14-day cooling-off window.
• Upon cancellation, access to the platform will continue until the end of the paid billing period, after which access will be discontinued. Your account data is deleted 30 days after your subscription ends, as described in our Privacy Policy.
• You may upgrade to a higher tier at any time, on either a monthly or annual plan, paying only the pro-rata difference for the remainder of your current term. Mid-term downgrades are not permitted on annual plans; a downgrade takes effect at the next renewal.

5. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases, except where required by law:

• Requests made after the 14-day cooling-off period has lapsed
• Subscription renewals (monthly or annual)
• Partial-month or partial-year cancellations outside the cooling-off period
• Change of mind after substantial platform usage or onboarding completion

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or raise a billing dispute, please email reachpitchstitch@gmail.com with your registered account email, invoice/payment reference number, and reason for the request. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3–5 business days.

7. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely via payment processing partner. Refunds, where approved, are issued to the original payment method through our partner and may take additional time to reflect depending on your bank or card issuer.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may revise this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. Updates will be reflected by the "Last Updated" date above.
