For Customer Data you upload or generate while using the Platform (rate sheets, quotes, RFQs, CRM and lead data, client and vendor information), you are the data controller and we act as your data processor (or service provider, as applicable under local law) — we process this data only for the purposes of providing, securing, and improving the Platform, and as instructed by you through your use of its features. We require our sub-processors — including our hosting, payment, and AI service providers — to be bound by data protection obligations consistent with this Policy.
