Fair Use Policy

This Fair Use Policy applies to your use of ReachAndPitch (the "Platform"), operated by Journeys That Matter Pvt. Ltd. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), and supplements our Terms of Service. It exists to keep features marketed as "Unlimited" fast and usable for everyone, and to prevent automated abuse, credential sharing, or resale of platform access that falls outside normal DMC use.

1. Why This Policy Exists

Every ReachAndPitch plan includes generous monthly limits for AI-assisted quote generation, including features marketed as "Unlimited" on our Luban plan. Generating and regenerating a quote both draw on the same AI capacity, so each plan carries a combined fair-use ceiling on total AI generation activity — set well above what a genuine single-DMC team needs in a month. These ceilings exist to protect service quality and to catch automated abuse or account sharing — not to limit ordinary business use.

2. Fair Use Ceilings

Each plan has a combined monthly ceiling covering every AI-generated quote draft plus every regeneration of it (the "Regenerate" button), pooled across all the quote types available on that plan:

• Fiddah: up to 100 text-only quotes, 25 FIT PPT quotes, and 25 Group PPT quotes per month, each with up to 3 AI regenerations — a combined ceiling of 600 AI generation events per month.
• Dhahab: up to 200 text-only quotes, 50 FIT PPT quotes, and 50 Group PPT quotes per month, each with up to 3 AI regenerations — a combined ceiling of 1,200 AI generation events per month.
• Luban: up to 300 text-only quotes, 150 FIT PPT quotes, 150 Group PPT quotes, and 150 MICE PPT quotes per month, each with up to 5 AI regenerations — a combined ceiling of 4,500 AI generation events per month.
• Luban Reach leads: 2,000 leads contacted per tenant per month.

Manual editing of a quote is always unlimited and is never counted against any ceiling. Your plan's standard monthly quote allowances and output-format details are set out in our Rate Card; the ceilings above bound total AI generation activity, including regenerations, and are pooled across quote types rather than enforced quote-by-quote.

3. What Happens When You Reach a Ceiling

• Access to AI generation pauses for the rest of that billing month; nothing else on the Platform is affected, and any quotes you've already created remain fully usable.
• You will never see a crash or a raw error — the Platform shows a clear message explaining that the monthly fair-use limit has been reached.
• If your business is consistently approaching or reaching a ceiling, that's a sign you've genuinely outgrown it. Contact us at reachpitchstitch@gmail.com and we'll work out a custom arrangement for your account.
• The ceiling resets at the start of your next billing cycle.

4. Account Sharing & Abuse

Fair use assumes normal use by one DMC team under one subscription. We reserve the right to investigate, and where necessary suspend, accounts that show clear signs of credential sharing across unrelated businesses, automated scraping, or reselling access to third parties, consistent with the Acceptable Use section of our Terms of Service.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may revise this Fair Use Policy, including the specific ceilings above, as the Platform evolves. Updates will be reflected by the "Last Updated" date above.
